I would like to share my journey with the first sale that I had ever done in Homeflic Wegrow. So the first three days of my internship I no sales at all it was just pitching the people I knew. Telling them about each course and explaining it to them in detail about each got me my first sale. My first sale was for Singing Simplified. I was so overjoyed and enthusiastic after my first sale and the best part was when everyone in the group was acknowledging me for my first conversion including my leaders which gave me a lot of confidence to do more, it felt really good. In overall, my experience with Homeflic Wegrow really made me grow in a lot of aspects!!

A letter to my future self for reminding the most important lessons COVID taught me and how it has changed me as a person!!

As a young girl, believe me it is hard dealing with this situation, and to everyone who is reading this and feeling helpless, I just want to tell you that you are not alone, and it will be better! I am aware of everything that has been taken away from us due to this situation, of all the unrealized plans, be it birthdays, travels, weddings and sadly, we cannot do anything about it. But we are not powerless! On the contrary, it is all of us together that can make the world a better place. If each of us respects the measures imposed by authorities, the situation will get better and it will pass much faster than expected. I can single out isolation - staying at home – as one of the most important measures. I know it sounds difficult and believe me, at first this sounded impossible to me, just unfeasible. I found it hard and boring, I wasn’t used to sitting in the same closed place for so long. But over time, I started to find hobbies. I tried things I had never tried before. I spent a lot...

Importance of convincing and persuading skills for an employee.

Trying too hard to persuade.  Seeming too keen probably puts people off faster than anything else. Failing to put in the effort required to get what you want.  Nothing, or at least not much, is free in this world. Talking too much.  Stop, and just listen to the people you need to persuade. Providing too much information, which just confuses people, and makes them think you are trying to blind them with science.  What, they ask, are you  not  telling them? Getting desperate....

Effective sales pitches   are an essential ingredient in the armory of every sales team, and most of the time, you will find a good sales representative refining this potent weapon to sway customer buying decisions in their favor. While the quality and the utility of the product or service are key criteria in the purchasing process, whether or not a customer will finally buy the product or service also depends upon the value proposition and structure of your  sales pitch . Of course, it needs to be in line with the interests of your prospects. Elements of a powerful sales pitch 1. Get visual 2. Be a storyteller 3. Focus on Solutions 4. Answer the ‘How do I believe you?’ question with testimonials and social proof 5. Questions, please! Though   sales pitches   vary from one seller to another, they are all common in one aspect – their end goal is to pitch sales for a certain idea, product or service. But it isn’t necessary that all of them convert into sales. Ev...
